He designed this kitchen to operate as an open space allowing guests to enjoy their own culinary experience of movement between an expansive antipasti bar; a light filled dining room with soaring ceilings; a pasta laboratory where pastas are produced fresh on-site and paired with signature sauces; a pizzaiola station making Sicilian style pizza alla pala; an Italian dessert section and take-away market that are all insatiable of course!
Drawing on the rich unique traditions of the many regions of Italy, Chef Barrila’s eatery menu was carefully curated to showcase the very best of authentic Italian cuisine. Our mission day after day is to be able to involve the customer in a culinary experience outside the box of the city. When you enter our house you must feel like in Italy, the same smells the same flavors the same sensations.

Chef Barrila creates fresh pasta on the Emiliomiti machine with a rich variety of Italian pasta shapes. It is in his laboratory where various quantities and samples of flour were tried and tested, mixing slowly with the finest, world-renowned water that is New York City tap. The dough that comes out in various forms or shapes before nestling gently into a pair of flour-dusted hands. That pasta is then flash-boiled to order.
Our pastas are then paired with Chef Barrila’s insatiable sauces combining local farm fresh and highest quality imported Italian ingredients. Enjoy any of the traditional sauces with a Sicilian twist or try one or Chef Barrila’s signature Sicilian sauces obscure enough to satisfy the most insatiable palates. Everything at Barrila’s Pasta Lab is made fresh daily in front of our guests and fresh pasta is even sold by the pound.
Enjoy our light filled garden room inspired restaurant. From our signature dishes to seasonal specialties, superb local ingredients shine through in simple, traditional and time-honored recipes, just as you would find in Italy. Downstairs is our private dining room, complete with its own entrance and bar and seating for up to 55 seated guests. Located in the heart of the East End, this thoughtfully designed event space is the perfect choice for any corporate, social or private affair. An elegant and timeless decor combined with tradition of our experienced service and cuisine guarantees the success of your celebration.

Italy is a kaleidoscopic country, full of different flavors and tastes, breathtaking landscapes, a different way of living and numerous dialects.
Inside the unique quality of this country, is the variety of different native grape varieties that are grown there. The mid-2018, the national registry of grape varieties cataloged 517 winegrapes growing in Italy.
We hope this wine list will deliver the authentic character of each Region and allow you not only to smell or taste the different varieties, but also to discover the unique terroir the wine is coming from.
Pizza! Here, just reading this word catches your attention. Experience Sicily through our pizza alla pala – All of our traditional pizzas are handmade in two exposed ovens with fresh, top-quality ingredients. We use only the finest products to create our delicious Sicilian-style “alla pala” (crispy base, soft interior) pizzas.
The dough is crafted from a blend of artisanal Italian and American white and whole wheat flours, then left to rise for a full 36 hours, resulting in a crust that is light, fluffy and full of flavor. The union of the best tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil along with our special combination toppings brings Italian excellence of pizza right here in the heart of East End.

Insatiable Eats Creative Kitchen offers two on-site private dining event options. Il Giardino offers an open space with soaring ceilings leading to La Terrazza and La Grotta Marina offers a more intimate dining experience with specialized touches. Each room has its own distinct blend of our signature white tile, soaring ceilings and classic brasserie-style wooden chairs and tables for a casual, yet sophisticated vibe. Our events team is committed to making your event memorable as we continue to expand our offerings. We diligently navigate the Covid -19 guidelines across Long Island and New York. The safety of our guests and our team is our top priority.
